FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES

The innovative and unique experiences are located predominantly over water providing panoramic views of the lush islands of the Laamu Atoll plus spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

• Longitude, offering a range of creative menus from both hemispheres including both casual and formal dishes to suit any tastes. Longitude provides dining daybeds and over water nets on split level pavilions to create a relaxed and memorable experience.
• The Organic Restaurant, perched above the resort’s own organic garden to provide sunset views, offers a la carte dishes with fresh produce from the garden or in the Atoll, plus daily line caught fish. It doesn’t get fresher.
• Altitude is a 6.4 metre high glass tower rising out of the ocean showcasing its own well-stocked collection of wine, a Meat and Cheese Deli and a tasting table in its centre – the coolest table in the Atoll.
• Ice is for all those with a sweet tooth. From the crepe bar and cocoa kitchen to the 40 flavored ice creams, the choices are endless. With daily cooking clinics, just leave room for the tasting.
• Beans and Leaves is your lounge with a view, a huge selection of tea blends and coffee roasting on site. This is the place to graze throughout the day.
• Chill Lounge & Bar is a relaxed multi-level panoramic bar. Experiment with over 200 different brown and white spirits in the Spirit Tower or simply sit back and relax on daybeds and over-water netting whilst the resident Mood Jockey sets the tempo from sunset to sunrise.

Six Senses Spa

Located on the shores of the island, the Six Senses Spa offers five secluded treatment rooms plus two single and two double treatments Nests within the island’s natural vegetation. Highly skilled Six Senses Spa therapists use fresh natural products to provide a comprehensive range of award-winning signature treatments plus rejuvenation specialties of the region. Visiting practitioners offer our guests lifestyle consultations and specialised holistic treatments including reflexology, acupressure, reiki and shiatsu. Other facilities include sauna, hammam and Kneippe experiences, plus sound therapy and a fully equipped gym with lap swimming pool. Yoga and personal training programmes are offered on the raised meditation pavilion with views over the ocean.

LOCATION

Six Senses Latitude Laamu is located on Olhuveli Island in the Laamu Atoll, in the south of the Maldives archipelago. From the gateway to the Maldives – Male International Airport – it takes approximately 40 minutes by plane to reach the nearby Kadhdhoo Airport, followed by a 15 minute boat ride to the white sandy beaches of Olhuveli Island.
